Wether you are very active, or not, restrictions in hip mobility are very common, and contribute to a variety of other issues, including low back pain, knee problems, and reduced activity. Fortunately, there are strategies to address and improve the health of the hips. This workshop will identify the factors related to hip mobility, and explore methods to both open the hips and maintain mobility gains. No yoga experience necessary, modifications, props, and progressive sequencing offered.
